PCN Network DES
This document sets out how commissioners must offer to primary medical services contractors the opportunity to participate in the Network Contract DES; the eligibility requirements and process for primary medical services contractors to participate in the Network Contract DES; and in relation to the Network Contract DES, the rights and obligations.
Enhanced Health and Care in Care Home (EHCH)

Wessex Local Medical Committees (LMCs) is the only representative body, recognised by statute, for GPs and their Practices, operating across the counties of Dorset, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Somerset, and Wiltshire. We also provide services to the Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, representing in total, around 465 Practices and 3755 GPs, whether Partners, Salaried GPs, or freelance locums. We exist solely to represent, advise, and support GPs and their Practices.

North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG
A clinical commissioning group is an NHS organisation set up by the Health and Social Care Act 2012 to organise the delivery of NHS services in England. It is clinically led by GPs and clinical staff who work with patients and are best placed to make decisions about local healthcare commissioning.
Salus Medical Services Ltd
Salus Medical Services was formed by all the local GP practices in response to local and national pressures that face both Primary Care and the wider NHS. They help the federation practices work better together and with other healthcare providers, reducing wastage and improving patients’ experiences. Aldershot Health PCN work closely with the Salus team and benefit from their expertise in recruitment and managing the administrative part of PCN staff.
